Saint George Trip

Jeff had some business in Saint George and decided to have the family tag along. We stayed at the Best Western Abbey Inn for 4 nights. While there we caught all the sites, the Saint George temple, the winter home of Brigham Young, the Jacob Hamlin home, as well as the Saint George tabernacle. See the picture where the kids are at the pulpit, they where given the opportunity to sing I am a child of God. We were told that every prophet of the Church but one has spoken from this same pulpit. The weather here was also very hot, so we decided to walk next door and spend a little time in the old town square water fountain. It was a great trip, we were there during peach days (Hurricane) and also were able to see the cultural festival.
